Job Responsibilities:
Generate and manage qualified leads through various sales channels.
- Handle prospective clients and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Present residential and commercial projects professionally to clients.
- Conduct site visits and deliver effective project presentations.
- Convert leads into site visits, negotiations, and successful bookings.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Handle client negotiations and effectively close property deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and bookings.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, CRM, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on current projects, market trends, pricing, offers, and competitor activities.




- Provide excellent customer service throughout the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to booking and beyond.
- Identify current business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Skilled personality with strong client-handling skills.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
