NJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced Citrix L3 Engineer to manage support and continuously optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance performance, security, scalability, and reliability of enterprise virtualization platforms.

NKey Responsibilities

- Provide advanced L3 technical support for Citrix environments, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and robust security of virtual applications and desktops.

- Perform end-to-end technical studies across the project lifecycle, including:
N
- Prospect and feasibility analysis
N
- Requirements definitionand scoping
N
- Cost and workload estimation
N
- Implementation planningand deployment support
N
- Lead and manage minor and major projects, including initiatives involving:
N
- New interface deployments
N
- Security enhancements
N
- Workstation consistencyand standardization
N
- Virtualization infrastructure upgrades
N
- Demonstrate strong Citrix problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
N
- Design, manage, and maintain Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS).
N
- Handle Machine Catalog updates using MCS.
N
- Troubleshoot and resolve FSLogix profile-related issues.




N
- Perform vulnerability management activities related to Citrix and Windows platforms.
N
- Manage Citrix server and VDI patching, including:
N
- Windows security patching
N
- Platform updates and corrective maintenance
N
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Citrix infrastructure and associated services, including upgrades and maintenance activities.
N
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for new and emerging technologies, e.G., Windows Server 2022 application virtualization solutions.
N
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to operations teams, headquarters, subsidiaries, and other IT stakeholders.
N
- Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices and market standards.
N
- Conduct opportunity andfeasibility studies to support strategic IT decision-making.
N
- Collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in virtualization services.
