NRole Summary:

NResponsible for managing MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for DPO operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support business decisions.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (SLA, AHT, HC, Productivity, etc.)

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
N
- Perform data analysis and RCA to identify trends and gaps
N
- Drive automation using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
N
- Collaborate with Operations and WFM for reporting requirements
N
- Lead and mentor MIS team;

- Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query;

VBA preferred)
