: Purchase & Procurement Executive IT System Integration

Role: Purchase & Procurement Executive

Experience: 2–5 years in IT procurement / System Integration / IT infrastructure

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, networking, AV, cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
Understand technical specifications, BOQs, OEM requirements and convert them into commercially viable procurement.
Source and negotiate with OEMs, distributors, authorized partners and vendors for pricing, availability and credit terms.
Prepare and compare techno-commercial quotations, BOMs, rate comparisons and vendor evaluations.
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Projects and Accounts to ensure timely procurement and project delivery.
Track POs, deliveries, lead times, warranties, replacements and vendor commitments.
Maintain vendor database,



price lists and product lifecycle information including EOL/EOS and alternate products.
Ensure procurement complies with tender, OEM authorization, warranty and project-specific requirements.
Identify cost-saving prospects without compromising technical compliance or project quality.

Ideal Candidate
Good understanding of IT products and infrastructure: servers, PCs, laptops, networking, storage, security, printers, AV, UPS, software etc.
Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
Able to read and understand technical specifications and BOQs.
Valuable Excel/ERP skills and robust follow-up discipline.
Should have the mindset of a techno-commercial buyer, not just a purchase order processor.
