Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other requirements.
Identify and manage vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain procurement records, vendor details, and reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of Procurement experience.
Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and procurement processes.
Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Only candidates with relevant FMCG procurement experience will be considered.
