Sales Manager –

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand the customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop potential customer relationships.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with customers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and regular updates for management.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support business growth.
Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and productivity.




Ensure customer satisfaction and handle important client concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and conversions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make business decisions.
Willingness to travel when required.
