We are currently developing a new South Indian café concept in Hyderabad and are looking for a curious, detail-oriented F&B; Researcher to support us during the concept development stage.

The role involves researching the F&B; and café market, understanding customer preferences, studying competitors, identifying trends and prospects, and turning research into useful insights that can help shape the café.

What you’ll work on
Research Hyderabad’s café and F&B; market
Study competitors, their concepts, menus, pricing, positioning and customer experience
Research customer preferences, habits and expectations
Identify relevant F&B; trends and opportunities
Conduct online and offline research, including field visits and customer observations
Organize findings into clear reports, comparisons and presentations
Help validate ideas before decisions are made
Work closely with the concept development team and contribute research-based recommendations

What we’re looking for
Strong research and analytical skills




Ability to find reliable information and distinguish helpful insights from noise
Good understanding or strong interest in F&B;, cafés, hospitality or consumer behaviour
Comfortable with both online research and field research
Valuable communication and documentation skills
Curious, observant and detail-oriented
Able to present findings clearly and practically

Previous F&B; experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong research skills and a genuine interest in the industry.

Project

This is an early-stage café concept development project in Hyderabad. The role will involve working closely with the team and may be project-based, depending on experience and availability.
