Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers are welcome.
0–1 year of experience in reservations, hospitality, or a related field.
Solid communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage).
Basic understanding of reservation systems and booking management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a quick-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling Reservations and Booking Management
Process and confirm reservations through various booking channels.
Update guest information, maintain accurate records, and assist with payment processing.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
Create and maintain reservation records within the booking system.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and services.
Assist guests with special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, and room preferences.
Provide accurate information regarding property policies, amenities, and travel-related assistance.
Ensure booking details are communicated clearly for a smooth reservation experience.




Collaborate closely with the Revenue & Sales teams to ensure timely booking confirmations.
Coordinate with the Operations team to facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
Share guest preferences and special requests with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily records of reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
Monitor booking trends and provide insights into occupancy and demand patterns.
Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance within reservation systems.
Ensure all bookings comply with VOYE HOMES’ reservation, cancellation, and refund policies.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
