Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain RPA solutions using WorkFusion and Automation Anywhere.
Migrate/rebuild existing Automation Anywhere (A360/AA360) bots into WorkFusion.
Analyze existing bots, workflows, business rules, and dependencies to design equivalent WorkFusion solutions.
Develop supporting components and integrations using Java.
Troubleshoot, test, debug, and optimize RPA automations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with WorkFusion / Work Fusion / RPA Express.
Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere / A360 / AA360.
Solid Java programming skills.
Proven experience in RPA bot migration/rebuild, particularly Automation Anywhere to WorkFusion.
Valuable understanding of RPA development lifecycle, debugging, testing, and deployment.

Preferred
Experience working on enterprise-scale RPA migration projects.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
