Handle and manage daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads . Respond to customer inquiries through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, email and phone calls. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.

Prepare and share quotations, product details, brochures and technical information. Regularly follow up with existing and current leads. Maintain proper records of all inquiries, follow-ups and lead status.

Coordinate with the Sales & Technical Team for customer requirements and quotations. Convert potential inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

Update

IndiaMART leads and customer information on a regular basis. Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely customer communication. Prepare daily/weekly lead and follow-up reports. Maintain skilled communication and valuable relationships with customers.
