Job Title: Sales Manager – Car Loans / Auto Finance
Department: Retail Assets / Retail Lending
Role Summary: Drive car loan sales, manage channel partners, and meet monthly targets for customer acquisition and loan disbursals.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Acquisition: Acquire recent car loan customers through direct channels, dealer networks, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and Work Assist channel partners.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for loan disbursals and portfolio growth.
Channel Management: Empanel and manage new car dealerships and financial partners to build a solid pipeline.
Credit & Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure clean documentation, prevent fraud, and maintain portfolio health.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies, interest rates, and market trends to stay competitive
Cross-Selling: Engage with the bank or company's existing customer database to pitch auto finance products.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
