Job Responsibilities
Attend to customers at the jewellery showroom and understand their requirements and preferences.
Explain jewellery designs, products, specifications, pricing, offers, and making charges to customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their budget and occasion.
Handle counter sales and achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Demonstrate robust product knowledge and provide a valuable customer experience.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain proper product display and ensure the jewellery counter is neat and organized.
Handle billing, order details, exchanges, and other sales-related documentation as required.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth sales and customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
