Greenvironment is looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Trainee to help grow our Sustainability Business across Water, Energy, HVAC and Environmental Intelligence. Bengaluru | Full-time | Salary + Performance Incentives Roles & Responsibility: Market research & identify potential customers Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach & direct prospecting Generate and qualify leads Schedule and participate in client meetings Support site assessments, presentations & proposals Maintain CRM and consistently follow up on opportunities Work with the sales team to take opportunities from prospecting to closure Who we are looking for: Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, opening new doors and being measured on results. Solid communication,
persistence and an interest in sustainability/climate-tech are essential.
