We are looking for a high-performing Sales Expert with a proven track record in luxury retail. You will drive high-value sales, build relationships with elite clients, and showcase premium collections, with a solid focus on diamond jewellery.
Total Experience: 3 to 5 years
Relevant Experience: at least 2 - 3 years in jewellery sales
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Achieve premium individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
Diamond Consultation: Educate clients on diamond quality (4 Cs), certifications, and design craftsmanship to close high-value deals.
Clienteling: Build and maintain a personal portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients for repeat business.
Store Standards: Maintain luxury store aesthetics, secure high-value inventory, and provide a premium customer experience.
Key Requirements
Strong background in luxury jewellery sales (diamond experience is a major plus).
Exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and solid negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to handle and close high-ticket sales.
Gemology or diamond grading certification (GIA/IGI) is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
