Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, and managing site visits for prospective clients. The specialist will develop and execute marketing activities, including online listings, social media promotions, and local outreach campaigns to increase brand visibility and inquiries.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, following up with prospects, negotiating deals within company guidelines,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of transactions. The role also includes contributing to sales planning, providing feedback on market trends, and participating in training initiatives to improve sales performance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
