Role & responsibilities
Onboarding Seller on platform through cold calls, reference meeting, direct meeting.
Training and guiding buyers to raise buying requirement (RFQ) on platform.
Coordinating with supply team for quotes and ensure maximum conversion of RFQ.
Cross selling platform linked financial offering to buyers.
Collecting documentation for financials offerings and lesioning with lenders for quick limit set up.
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer experience.
Activation of dormant accounts through regular meetings and updating on our offerings.
To create awareness about the portal subscription plan and paid services
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Solid listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
