NPosition: Sales Executive – Chemical Imports, Indenting & Trading

NLocation: Goregaon East, Mumbai

NWe are an established international trading company headquartered in Singapore, with offices in India, dealing in petrochemicals, solvents, and speciality intermediates.

NWe are seeking a motivated sales professional with hands on experience in CHEMICAL INDENTING AND CHEMICAL TRADING, particularly in the Mumbai market.

NKey Responsibilities

- Develop sales opportunities for imported chemicals through indenting and trading.
N
- Manage existing customers and build relationships with chemical manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
N
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close orders.
N
- Coordinate with customers, and internal operation teams to support timely order execution.
N
- Track market prices, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
N
- Follow up on payments and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

nRequirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in chemical indenting and/or chemical trading in the Mumbai market.
N




- Direct experience selling petrochemicals, solvents, or speciality intermediates.
N
- Sound understanding of indenting transactions, import procedures, pricing, payment terms, and trade documentation.
N
- An established network of chemical buyers and industry contacts in Mumbai will be an advantage.
N
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
N
- Positive verbal and writtencommunication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
N
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a team.
N
- Diploma or higher qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing.

nWorking hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

NCompensation: Attractive salary package plus sales commission
