Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager.

The Sales

Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals. Daily tasks include leading the sales team, driving sales performance, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales targets,



and ensuring excellent customer service at retail outlets.

The Sales

Manager will work collaboratively with other departments to optimize business operations and ensure consistent sales growth.

Qualifications
Robust sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective strategies
Experience in team leadership, management, and engaging sales teams to excel
Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop actionable insights
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools is preferred
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience in the retail or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
