– Sample Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sample coordination across Pan-India locations.
Coordinate with Sales Heads, Sales Teams, Stock/Warehouse, Dispatch, Branches, and Clients for sample requirements.
Arrange and track samples required for client visits, display installations, demonstrations, and gifting.
Maintain accurate records of all sample inward, outward, dispatch, and return movements.
Track sample parcels and ensure timely delivery and return after completion of the requirement.
Coordinate sample returns and follow up on all pending samples.
Verify returned samples for quantity, condition, and damages in coordination with the concerned Technical Team.
Ensure returned samples are properly counted and added back to stock.
Track CR parcels, mismatch/replacement orders, and other special sample movements.
Maintain branch-wise sample records and coordinate for branch audits and discrepancy closure.
Prepare sample tracking, pending return,



and reconciliation reports.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation throughout the sample lifecycle, from dispatch to final return/closure.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sample Coordination, Sales Coordination, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Experience in Building Materials, Manufacturing, or Architectural Products will be preferred.
Comfortable coordinating with Pan-India teams and locations.
