Position: School Office Staff / Administrative Staff

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative and office activities.
Manage student, teacher, and school records.
Handle calls, emails, visitors, and parent inquiries professionally.
Maintain files, documents, attendance records, and other office paperwork.
Assist with admissions, fee-related coordination, and school events.
Coordinate with teachers, management, students, and parents.
Prepare letters, notices, reports, and other official documents.
Support the school management with daily administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth functioning of the school office.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.

School Accountant –

Position: School Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records of the school.




Manage fee collection, receipts, and student fee records.
Handle school expenses, payments, and petty cash.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with vendors, staff, parents, and school management regarding financial matters.
Assist with salary processing and other school-related payments.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience as an accountant, preferably in a school, is an advantage.
