Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger posting, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors and support in audits and internal controls
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support financial analysis for new projects and land acquisitions

Qualifications & Skills
B.Com/M.Com or MBA in Finance/Accounting




3–6 years of accounting experience (experience in agriculture, real estate, or start-up sectors a plus)
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Robust attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent organizational and communication skills
