Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt, debit note, and credit note entries.
Prepare and review GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, along with GST reconciliations.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable, outstanding payments, credit limits, and ageing reports.
Verify purchase invoices, expense bills, freight bills, and supporting documents.
Handle accounting related to imports, exports, foreign remittances, forex transactions, and export documentation.
Coordinate e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance.
Maintain inventory-related accounting and coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Production teams.
Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, cash-flow reports, and expense analysis.
Assist in product costing, landed-cost calculations, and profitability analysis.
Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation, and expense provisions.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.




Support statutory and internal audits by providing required reconciliations and documentation.
Supervise junior accounting staff and review accounting entries for accuracy.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting compliance.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting-related reporting.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Good understanding of receivables, payables, inventory, and expense accounting.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling accounts up to finalisation level, with robust knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, taxation, and compliance. Candidates with experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented company will be preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
