We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design and execution for our residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage architectural designs for residential projects.
Prepare and review drawings, plans, and working drawings.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Interior, Structural, and other teams.
Ensure designs are practical and executed as per approved drawings.
Review site progress and resolve design-related issues.
Coordinate with clients and consultants when required.
Ensure projects meet quality, design, and timeline requirements.

Requirements
B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
4–8 years of relevant architectural experience.
Experience in residential / real estate projects preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
Solid design, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with site teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
