We are looking for an experienced Auth0 CIAM Architect / Senior Engineer with solid expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, assessing, and modernizing enterprise-scale identity platforms while ensuring secure and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and enhance existing Auth0 implementations and identity ecosystems. Design and manage Auth0 tenant architecture and customer identity solutions. Implement OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect (OIDC), and SAML-based authentication.
Configure MFA, adaptive authentication, passwordless authentication, and identity federation. Design secure B2 C and B2 B customer identity models. Identify security gaps, technical debt, and architecture improvement prospects.
Define governance, compliance, and CIAM operating standards. Support CIAM transformation and managed services initiatives.
