Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / ICWA (CMA) / equivalent

Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Accounts & Finance to manage key finance operations and provide robust support to the GMFinance in financial planning, fund management and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare CMA data, working-capital statements and financial projections.
Manage funds, cash flow and working capital efficiently.
Handle banking operations, bank correspondence, credit facilities and documentation.
Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Supervise day-to-day accounts and financial reporting.
Prepare MIS, management reports and financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.




Ensure timely closure of accounts and compliance with applicable requirements.
Lead and guide the Accounts team.
Provide effective support to the GM–Finance on financial and strategic assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile
15–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
Robust hands-on experience in CMA preparation, fund management, banking, budgeting and MIS.
Sound knowledge of accounting, financial statements and working-capital management.
Robust analytical, communication, coordination and team-management skills.
Candidates with ICWA (CMA) / M.Com / CA Inter qualification will have an added advantage.
