NWoodbling India is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

NWe specialize in furniture, doors and interior solutions, with a focus on quality, design and customized solutions for residential and commercial projects.

NRole & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
N
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects
N
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutions
N
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
N
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
N
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design requirements, production and execution
N
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
N
- Keep track of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity
N
- Represent Woodbling professionally at meetings, networking events and industry opportunities
N
- Achieve agreed businessdevelopment and sales targets

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / sales
N
- Experience in furniture, interiors, doors, building materials, construction or related industries will be preferred
N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
N
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
N
- Confident in client meetings and business discussions
N
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
N
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
N
- Willingness to travel for meetings and project visits when required
N
