Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data, reporting solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans and test cases for data pipelines and integrations.
Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT testing using SQL and Python.
Validate data across Source → Staging → Data Warehouse → Reporting layers.
Perform source-to-target mapping and transformation validation.
Conduct data reconciliation, data balancing, and data-quality checks.
Validate Power BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, measures, filters, and business logic.
Identify and investigate data discrepancies and quality issues.
Support production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Manage defects and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, BAs, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to QA standards,



data-quality processes, and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience in Data QA, BI, or Data Warehousing.
3 years of experience testing enterprise reporting solutions, preferably Power BI.
Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
Hands-on ETL/ELT and data integration testing experience.
Experience working with large datasets and data-quality issues.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
