RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure identification and execution of improvement projects using Lean tools.
Drive cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, and throughput enhancement.
Support reduction of changeover time (product-to-product and batch-to-batch cleaning).
Ensure execution of Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects to reduce market complaints.
Perform and manage root cause analysis activities.
Review and support the effectiveness and implementation of CAPA.
Conduct capacity assessments and optimize manpower utilization.
Ensure all improvement initiatives comply with cGMP, GDP, Safety, and other regulatory requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS
Hands-on experience with VSM, SMED, 5S, and SPC
Experience in Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes: granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing
Solid proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Gantt charts; Minitab experience preferred
Hands-on experience in product robustness
