Position: Senior Operations Executive

Experience: 3 years in Travel & Tourism Operations

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international tours.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, hotels, transporters, DMCs, and other service providers.
Prepare and manage itineraries, quotations, bookings, confirmations, and travel documents.
Ensure smooth execution of tours and provide timely operational support.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Visa, Finance, and Accounts.
Handle amendments, cancellations, last-minute changes, and operational issues.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and clients.




Guide and support junior operations team members.

Candidate Profile
3 years of relevant experience in travel/tour operations.
Robust knowledge of travel operations and destination handling.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software/CRM tools.
