Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare detailed design calculations for HVAC systems, including heat load calculation, AHU selection, and duct sizing.
Conduct chiller plant selection and specify equipment such as boilers, cooling coils, exhaust fans, pumps, and controls.
Develop designs for air handling units (AHUs), air side and water side modules of heat exchangers.
Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works related to HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards.
