Job Title: Senior Designer – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer who can independently lead interior design projects from concept development through design documentation and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design development for residential and commercial interior projects.
Understand client briefs and translate them into strong design concepts.
Develop detailed layouts, elevations, sections, furniture plans and 3D presentations.
Lead client presentations and design discussions.
Conduct site visits, measurements and site assessments.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and design elements.
Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs and specifications for execution.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants.
Review site execution against approved designs and drawings.
Resolve design and technical issues during execution.




Mentor junior designers and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in interior design.
Solid portfolio of residential/commercial interior projects.
Excellent space-planning and design-development skills.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D software.
Solid understanding of materials, detailing and execution.
Excellent client presentation and communication skills.
Ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution.
Solid leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in premium residential interiors, design studios or architect/interior design firms. Pay: ₹11,044.17 - ₹45,388.21 per month
