Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Karur for an AWS Trainer and Solution Architect Associate Certified Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver AWS-focused training programs for corporate and institutional learners, including conceptual sessions, hands-on labs, and exam preparation aligned with AWS Solution Architect Associate certification. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, conducting classroom sessions, mentoring participants on practical AWS use cases,



and providing guidance on career paths in cloud and DevOps.

The role also involves collaborating with CertED Technologies’ training and technical teams to tailor courses to client requirements, assess learner performance, and maintain high training quality and industry relevance.

Qualifications

- Strong AWS cloud expertise, with AWS Solution Architect Associate certification and practical experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS infrastructure.
- Proficiency in cloud and DevOps concepts such as networking, security, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation or Terraform).
- Demonstrated instructional skills, including curriculum design, training delivery, learner assessment, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into transparent, engaging content.
- Good understanding of related technology domains such as full stack development or data engineering to provide context for AWS use cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate interactive, inclusive, and learner-centered sessions.
- Prior experience in corporate or institutional training, technical mentoring, or coaching is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Karur, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and adapt training content to varied learner levels and corporate needs.
