NWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can support project execution, coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of projects to clients.

NKey Responsibilities

nProject Coordination

N

n
- Assist in managing projects from briefing to final delivery.
N
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project tasks and timelines.
N
- Prepare project trackers, schedules, task lists, and status reports.
N
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
N
- Follow up with internalteams and vendors to keep projects on track.
N

nClient Coordination

N

n
- Coordinate with clients for project requirements, feedback, approvals, and updates.
N
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project.
N
- Schedule review meetings and ensure feedback is properly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.
N
- Escalate project delays, scope changes, or critical issues to the Senior Project Manager.
N





nTeam Coordination

N

n
- Coordinate with 3D artists, designers, video editors, developers, Unreal artists, and other creative/technical teams.
N
- Ensure team members have the required briefs, references, assets, and information to execute their tasks.
N
- Track revisions and ensure feedback is implemented correctly.
N
- Follow up on pending tasks and dependencies.
N

nProject Delivery &Quality;

- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
N
- Conduct basic quality checks before client submissions.
N
- Ensure files, assets, presentations, and deliverables are properly organized.
N
- Support the Senior Project Manager in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
N

nDocumentation & Reporting

N

n
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, client feedback, and approval records.
N
- Prepare regular projectstatus updates.
N
- Maintain proper documentation of project requirements, revisions, and final approvals.
N
- Identify recurring project issues and suggest process improvements.
N

nWho We Are LookingFor

N

n
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Client Servicing, Operations, or a similar role.
N
- Experience in a Creative Agency, Real Estate, Architectural Visualization, PropTech, Production House, Digital Agency, or Technology company is preferred.
N




- Good understanding of project timelines, task management, and team coordination.
N
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
N
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
N
- Good organizational andproblem-solving skills.
N
- Comfortable working with creative and technical teams.
N
- Basic understanding of 3D visualization, architectural drawings, video production, digital products, or AI tools will be an advantage.
N
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.Com, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools is a plus.
N
- Solid command of written and verbal English.
