Virtual Nexgen Solutions is hiring experienced Healthcare Customer Support Executives to join our team for a US healthcare voice process.

We are looking for candidates with experience in DME/HME, medical supplies, patient support, healthcare calling, insurance coordination, and provider communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US patients.
- Contact patients regarding DME/HME medical supply resupply orders.
- Coordinate monthly supply requirements with patients.
- Follow up with doctor's offices and healthcare providers for prescriptions and required documentation.
- Contact insurance companies for eligibility and coverage verification.
- Support new patient intake and new medical supply setup.
- Coordinate DME/HME equipment and medical supply orders.
- Follow up on pending orders, prescriptions, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient and order information.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
- Follow established processes and SOPs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling patient information.

Requirements :

- DME/HME experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in US healthcare voice process.
- Experience handling patients, doctor's offices, or insurance companies.




- Knowledge of DME/HME medical supplies and resupply processes.
- Experience with insurance eligibility verification is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken English with clear American customer communication.
- Strong listening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
- HIPAA awareness and understanding of patient confidentiality.
- Reliable and looking for a long-term career opportunity.
