Role Description The Head of Operations | Study Abroad role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the study abroad division, including managing admissions workflows, visa processing support, and coordination of counseling and IELTS coaching services. The Head of Operations will design and implement operational processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service quality and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

They will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and collaborate with management to align operations with business goals and student satisfaction targets. The position also involves developing strategic partnerships,



optimizing student experience from inquiry to enrollment, and continuously improving efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within education, study abroad, or service-based organizations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent planning, process design, and organizational skills, including workflow optimization and performance tracking.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, institutional partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international education systems, university admissions, and student visa processes (UK, Canada, and other key destinations).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve operational challenges, and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or student management systems; comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree or international education experience is an advantage.
