– Ensure every zone's vendor visiting schedule stays on track — through your Field Coordinators and Executives, not just on paper.

– Track vendors met, onboarded, and activated, zone by zone — and close the gap between onboarded and activated.

– Ensure vendors are onboarded onto and activated on the Bidding App across all zones.

- Fulfilment

– Own pickup schedule adherence for Asset Liquidation across all zones, executed through the field team.

– Own dispatch schedule adherence for Marketplace across all zones, executed through the field team.

– Ensure fulfilment proofs — photos, weight ticket, vehicle number, unloading/GRN confirmation — are collected on every pickup and dispatch.

- Vendor Management

– Ensure debit notes, vendor ledgers, and payables are accurate and current across the vendor base.

– Run margin checks regularly — catch and flag margin erosion before it compounds.

- Team

– Own hiring for the field team — Vendor Managers, Field Coordinators, Field Ops Executives — as it scales.

– Own training — About Veloce, Bidding App, Material Knowledge, Veloce Price Index, Emails, Gsheet, and WhatsApp update discipline — for every new hire and refreshed for the existing team.

– Keep visiting schedules on track using Trackwick / field tracking tools; review adherence, not just attendance.





– Review and approve travel allowance claims across the team.

– Ensure daily opening and closing calls happen across the team — every zone, every day.

- Field Work — Your Own

– You stay close to the ground, not just the dashboard.

– Meet key vendors in other zones at least once a quarter.

– Personally train every new hire before handing them to the field.

- Reports

– Own the reporting cadence to the co-founder — daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly — covering targets, achievement, and exceptions.

- Communications

– Be proactive — flag risks and misses before they're asked about, not after.

– Keep the co-founder and the wider team fully informed; over-communicate as the team grows, rather than assume alignment.

- Hunting & Farming

– Own and keep current the approach, negotiation, and closure guides the field team uses to acquire current vendors (hunting).

– Own the vendor retention and account maintenance playbook (farming) — existing vendors stay active, not just onboarded.

- Training Sessions

– Run monthly and quarterly training sessions for the field team — refresh material knowledge, pricing index, and process discipline.

- Logistics, Labour & Warehouse — Through the Team

– Ensure the transporter network across zones is reliable — rate, redundancy, and on-time performance — managed through your team, escalated to you on exceptions.

– Ensure labour planning at hubs and pickup/loading sites is done ahead of schedule, with no last-minute shortfalls.

– Ensure hub/warehouse operations — stock accuracy, documentation, audit-readiness — are on track across sites.

– Own supply & demand planning — consolidate vendor availability against buyer orders and AL leads into a rolling schedule; bring it to the co-founder for approval.

– Publish the weekly schedule of all pickups and dispatches every Monday by 10 AM, and own adherence tracking against it.
