We are looking for an experienced Head of IT & Software Engineering who can take complete responsibility for our software development team and upcoming technology projects.

Currently, we have Web and Android developers, and we are planning to expand into multiple projects involving medical devices, mobile applications, web platforms, BLE/device connectivity, cloud systems and IoT.

The selected candidate will be responsible for team management, technical planning, project execution, developer supervision and overall IT/software strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the complete software development team.
- Plan, assign and monitor developers' work.
- Manage multiple software projects simultaneously.
- Convert management requirements into technical specifications and development plans.
- Review software architecture and developers' technical decisions.
- Manage Web, Android, Backend, Cloud and API development.
- Coordinate BLE/IoT/device integration projects.
- Establish proper Git, coding, testing and documentation practices.
- Review code and development quality.
- Manage software releases and deployments.
- Identify delays, technical problems and project risks.
- Recruit additional developers as the company expands.
- Coordinate with external developers/OEM technology partners.




- Maintain project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to requirements.
- Build a scalable IT/software team for future projects.

Qualification

Preferred:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science / IT
- MCA
- Equivalent technical qualification with robust relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience
- 6–10 years total software/IT experience
- Minimum 2–3 years experience leading a software development team/project
- Experience managing multiple developers/projects is strongly preferred.
