Are you a strategic HR qualified with strong leadership experience?

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Lead end-to-end HR operations and workforce planning

✔️ Manage talent acquisition, hiring & onboarding

✔️ Drive employee engagement, retention & organizational culture

✔️ Handle employee relations, grievances & conflict resolution

✔️ Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI & PIP processes

✔️ Lead training & development initiatives

✔️ Ensure HR policies, documentation & statutory compliance

✔️ Prepare HR MIS and collaborate with senior management

? REQUIRED PROFILE





✅ Bachelor's / MBA (HR) or relevant qualification

✅ 5 years of HR experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role

✅ Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations & compliance

✅ Experience in HR policies, SOPs & process implementation

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS & HR MIS

✅ Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills

?️ English & Hindi required; Marathi preferred

⭐ NGO / Social Impact / Development sector experience will be an advantage
