About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Head who can independently manage the complete HR function of the organisation.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR qualified with experience in managing a small HR team and handling HR across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR function including HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll coordination, Compliance and Employee Relations
- Lead and manage a small HR team of around 3–5 members
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment and joining processes
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits
- Drive KRA setting, performance reviews, appraisals and PMS
- Manage employee engagement, retention and grievance handling
- Ensure labour law, statutory and POSH compliance
- Coordinate payroll and ensure accuracy of attendance and payroll inputs
- Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and processes
- Manage HRMS, HR reports and HR dashboards
- Identify HR gaps and implement processes to reduce dependency on management




- Work closely with business heads on employee and people-related matters
- Build a reliable and independent HR function

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an HR function/team
- Strong end-to-end HR Generalist experience
- Experience managing a team of approximately 3–5 HR professionals
- Experience in a small or mid-sized organisation
- Experience handling multi-location / multi-city operations
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, PMS, Payroll, Compliance and Employee Relations
- Good understanding of HRMS and HR processes
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication, leadership, integrity and ownership

Candidates from other industries can also be considered if they have relevant small/mid-sized, multi-location HR leadership experience.
