Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Work closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
Handle technology hiring across various IT domains, including Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other technical positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, feedback coordination, offer negotiations, and follow-ups.
Drive recruitment delivery by ensuring timely submissions, interview conversions, and successful closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and regular hiring updates for client stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and client HR teams.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment performance against agreed hiring targets, SLAs, and turnaround times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and recruitment delivery.
Robust understanding of technology hiring requirements and IT job descriptions.
Experience recruiting for mid-level, senior-level, and specialized technology positions.
Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, and talent mapping skills.
Ability to manage multiple open requirements and prioritize hiring based on business needs.
Robust stakeholder management and client coordination skills.
Experience working with recruitment trackers, ATS platforms, and hiring MIS reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust ownership, problem-solving ability, and a delivery-oriented mindset
