JOB OPENING SITE ENGINEER

Position: Site Engineer

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 Years

Industry: Construction / Civil / Industrial / Commercial Projects

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Site Workers.
Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and work progress at the site.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
Monitor civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, structural works, and other project activities.
Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper utilization of resources.




Identify site issues and provide suitable solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
Maintain site records, work reports, photographs, and documentation.
Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant site engineering experience
Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Construction Projects preferred.
Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Ability to manage manpower and contractors.
Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month
