Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and attentive Shadow Teacher to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a student at The Shri Ram Academy. The role will involve overseeing the child’s academic progress, classroom engagement, daily school activities, and overall well-being while working closely with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support and supervision to the child throughout the school day.
Monitor and support the child’s academic performance, learning, and overall progress.
Assist the child with classroom activities, assignments, and understanding of lessons, as required.
Coordinate closely with teachers to understand the child’s academic and developmental progress.
Observe and communicate the child’s strengths, challenges, behaviour, and areas requiring attention.
Support the child in managing school routines, transitions, activities, and social interactions.
Ensure the child’s overall well-being, comfort, and positive engagement at school.




Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child’s school-related progress and observations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle all information relating to the child with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure consistent follow-up on academic, behavioural, and other school-related requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Prior experience working with children in a school workplace is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, responsible, and highly attentive.
Ability to build a positive and trusting relationship with the child.
Ability to coordinate effectively with teachers and parents.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
