We are looking for a responsible and reliable Site/Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at an assigned factory.

? Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production and ongoing work at the assigned factory
Monitor workers and ensure work is carried out properly
Manage daily site/factory activities and operations
Coordinate with workers and the project team
Identify and handle routine site-level issues
Ensure smooth and effective operations
