Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Understand customer preferences, budgets, travel dates, and expectations to recommend suitable international holidays.
Design and sell customised holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel services.
Provide expert destination advice and create compelling itineraries for customers.
Maintain robust knowledge of international destinations, attractions, hotels, activities, and travel experiences.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.




Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on destination trends, recent tourism products, visa requirements, and seasonal travel opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international holiday sales, excellent destination knowledge, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of Southeast Asian destinations and be confident in designing and selling customised international holiday packages.
