Qualification: Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/Civil Engineering

Experience: 07- 08 years
Specialized in Interior grade Finishes / Civil Works/ quantity & quality checks/
Measurement sheets/Site Supervision
In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential and Institutional project planning &
execution
Proficient with Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Proficient with checking/ordering of materials reference to the BOQ
Spot decision-making ability
Technical aptitude with software skills
Competent interactions with in office and in-house teams
Committed to timelines and punctuality
Fluency in English & Hindi

DETAILED :
Provide skilled assistance at site adhering to the company guidelines & budgets and
Client requirements
Interpret & analyze plans, drawings, and BOQs
Adept knowledge of Interior finishes related to Roofing systems, Interior Partitions works,
floor, wall, and ceiling finishes
In-depth experience in construction and material specifications
Set up job schedules for goals to be achieved at site
Monitor contractors/vendors & labor with the scheduled work plan.
Checking quality of work produced.




Checking final quantities in bills of contractors.
Monitor/control/document material deliveries at the site and update the Project Head
Detailed checks on materials delivered/ordered matches the drawings/specification
At site to coordinate with assigned the junior site supervisor towards the smooth
functioning of the site
Coordinate with Project Head on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering
Routine reports of site works progress to the Project Head
Daily site visits to coordinate /update/ resolve on any changes or issues with vendors and
all parties
Routine reporting/updates to the In-house team on the site works progress
Ensure the build site has tools and materials needed for day’s task and that all tools and
materials are maintained and safeguarded.
Adhere to safety policy and practices, and create a positive and encouraging work
atmosphere
Extremely Punctual to work and commitments.
In office requirement to be available after hours, as is reasonable, for emergencies
