Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work.
Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and instructions.
Track daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Monitor work quality and identify any issues during execution.
Maintain daily site records, attendance, and work progress reports.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.




Resolve routine site-level issues and coordinate for technical support when required.
Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and protected manner.
Support the project team in completing activities within the planned schedule.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline.
2–15+ years of experience in site supervision or project execution.
Experience in supervising manpower and coordinating site activities.
Valuable understanding of site procedures, safety practices, and work execution.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings and technical documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project/site locations as required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
