Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor MBR and RO systems as per SOP and plant requirements.
Monitor parameters such as flow, pressure, pH, conductivity, TDS, DO, TMP and permeate quality.
Carry out routine backwashing, CIP, chemical dosing and membrane cleaning.
Monitor pumps, blowers, valves, dosing systems and other equipment for proper operation.
Record daily operating parameters, chemical consumption and production data.
Identify abnormalities, membrane fouling and equipment issues and report to the supervisor.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure protected handling of chemicals.
Follow EHS, SOP and environmental compliance requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance and laboratory teams for smooth plant operation.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
