Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse and stores operations.
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of materials.
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular physical stock audits.
Monitor GRN, stock transfers, FIFO/FEFO, wastage and expiry.
Manage manpower, shifts and warehouse productivity.
Coordinate with Purchase, Central Kitchen, Production and Outlet teams.
Ensure proper storage of food ingredients, packaging and other supplies.
Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages, overstocking and pilferage.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company SOPs.




Drive warehouse cost control and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
5–10 years of experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Bakery / QSR / Retail.
Solid knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
Experience with ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
Positive team-management and communication skills.
Experience handling perishable/FMCG inventory will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
