Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic and high-quality South Indian dishes such as meals ,breakfast items , dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys and Snacks . The candidate should ensure consistency, taste, hygiene, and speed in a busy kitchen workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes
Maintain taste consistency and presentation standards
Handle dosa tawa efficiently during peak hours
Ensure proper fermentation of batter (idli/dosa)
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Manage inventory of ingredients and minimize wastage
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Assist in menu planning and new dish suggestions if required





Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role
Expertise in preparing traditional South Indian recipes
Ability to handle high-volume cooking
Knowledge of food safety standards
Good time management and teamwork skills
Physically fit to work long hours in kitchen conditions

Preferred
Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
Ability to prepare multiple regional South Indian cuisines
Basic knowledge of inventory management
