Role Overview
As a Brand Strategist, you will define how brands participate in culture across social media, creator ecosystems, and integrated campaigns. You will transform human insights and internet trends into sharp strategic POVs and native brand experiences that mirror how audiences consume media today.
Key Responsibilities
Cultural &
Campaign Strategy:
Craft culture-led strategies that elevate brand presence across campaign platforms and real-time cultural moments. Translate human behavior and shifting internet subcultures into compelling narrative frameworks.
Trend &
Ecosystem Intelligence:
Analyze emerging platforms, digital formats, creator shifts, and online subcultures. Decipher what drives organic engagement and convert those insights into contextual, non-gimmicky brand prospects.
Creator &
Community Integration:
Pinpoint key creators, niche communities, and cultural spaces aligned with brand values. Design collaboration frameworks that feel natural to the community and add real value to the conversation.
End-to-End Execution:
Collaborate directly with creative, account, and production teams to ensure strategic frameworks translate seamlessly into execution. Maintain creative oversight throughout the production process.
Impact Storytelling:
Build concise, persuasive case studies and decks that articulate strategic context, creative execution, and measurable business impact.
Qualifications &
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in brand, content, or digital strategy within an agency or brand setting.
High cultural fluency with a deep understanding of internet ecosystems, platform mechanics, and the creator economy.
Proven ability to distil complex cultural data into sharp, actionable strategic direction.
Exceptional creative taste with an intuitive grasp of authentic versus forced brand behavior.
Active involvement in internet culture, digital platforms, and emerging social conversations.
